- Liability Cap: Kanity Solutions’ liability for any claims arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
- Exclusion of Certain Damages: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
